Setting up to Teach
During the last few years, due to the Pandemic health concerns, schools and Governments have generated more allocated funds for homeschooling. After you are approved for the program, you will get access to your back office through the FMS Vortex system. Teachers will have their own Zoom link and training on how to set up their own YouTube channel.
Your YouTube channel will give you a way to introduce yourself. First, you will Explain what grades and subjects you will be teaching. At this time you will be able to demonstrate your own unique style and some of the techniques used to teach those subjects. We want to present good, quality education, we want excitement, uniqueness as well as enthusiasm in the presentation of your subject matter to the student. Your ability to appeal to more potential students or parents will determine your pay. Parents will request the teachers for their children to work with. The more attraction and appeal you have in presenting yourself as a teacher, the more potential you have to earn.
We will introduce our Teachers, allowing them to display their personality and teaching style. In addition, this will assist the parents to match their child to the class that fits their needs. Furthermore vetting the teachers will gather the STUDENTS to the Teacher that they need and teachers receive Compensation based on class enrollment.
Teacher Compensation
Below you will see how the pay structure is set up the online teachers program:
- When the Student Accesses a Class, $.50 is put in the Wallet of the Teacher. So if they are teaching 100 students in a session, it is $50 for that Session. 500 would be $250.00. And so on. Max we allow is 500. More need to go to a different Class or Teacher. By Design.
- Students are permitted to Attend up to 5 Classes Daily Grades 1 through 8.
- Students Permitted to Attend up to 6 Classes Daily in Grades 9 thru 12

Criteria and Requirements For Application:
As we want our online education alternative to be exceptional and different from any other platform, we want to make sure that our instructors, teachers, and tutors are also exceptional. Here are the Criteria we are looking for in our online teachers:
- Need a 4-year degree in teaching
- Experience in the teaching field. College graduates and retired teachers need to apply.
- Must really love to teach and have something to offer outside the ordinary. Not looking for someone to just earn a check.
